- Cancellation of Orders:
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order details.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched for delivery.

- Refunds will only be issued for missing or damaged products. If you receive a damaged item or if any product is missing from your order, please notify us within seven (7) days of receiving your package.
- To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with clear photos of the damaged item(s) or evidence of the missing product(s).
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product passes quality checks. It will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Return of Products:
- Returns are accepted only for missing or damaged products.

- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

- Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs for returning items due to damage or missing products will be covered by Indus Worldwide.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for reasons other than damage or missing products.
- Refusal of Refund:
